Construction method:
1. first use 400-600 grit sandpaper to polish, and then use degreaser to remove surface stains
2. spraying tools and air pressure: upper pot 1.2-1.4mm
Lower pot: 1.3-1.5mm
Traditional spray gun: 3-4 bar RP spray gun: 2.0-2.5 bar HVLP spray gun: 2.2 bar
3. spraying speed / film thickness: 2-3 layers.. 1-2um

4. the product does not need diluent. Please use it directly without spraying too thick

Tips
1. The product can be used directly without thinning
2. Thin spraying is recommended for plastic primer. If the spraying is too thick, it is easy to fall off;
3. After spraying the plastic primer, flash dry it for 10-15 minutes, and then spray it in the process of painting as soon as possible;
4. Due to the complex composition of plastic parts, it is generally recommended to test first and then use;
5. Storage period packaging specification: 20 ℃ in a cool and dry place, and the original cover can be stored for two years.

Make sure the primer is dry when spraying the top coat.
Pay attention to the cleanliness of the environment on the spraying site.
The unused paint and diluent shall be sealed.
Coating personnel shall wear labor protection appliances and pay attention to occupational health.
Strengthen ventilation, pay attention to fire prevention and put an end to fire sources.
During storage and transportation, it shall comply with relevant regulations, avoid sun and rain, isolate fire source and keep away from heat source.
